Twisted Wire Brush Leader Successfully Completes Effort to Become ISO 9001:2015 Certified
Palmer, Mass – Twisted Wire Brush Manufacturer Sanderson-MacLeod recently announced that they have earned ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management Systems.
The company has long strived to become a bright example of the “Factory of the Future” model, showcasing the next generation of domestic manufacturing capabilities and techniques. Among the numerous efforts to achieve this goal, the company decided in early 2020 that they would be committed to achieving their ISO 9001:2015 certification. Throughout the course of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the team at Sanderson-MacLeod worked diligently to develop and maintain their Quality Management System in preparation for their certification audit.
When asked about the benefits of this achievement, Monique Dumais, Senior Vice President of Operations for Sanderson-MacLeod, explained “The benefits of this quality management system were noticeable even before we were officially certified. As we navigated through the course of the Pandemic, our commitment to adhering to ISO 9001 quality management system standard provided an added layer of security and consistency throughout all of our company processes.”
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer and publisher of international standards. ISO 9001:2015 is one of the most popular standards that is published by ISO.
