Sanderson MacLeod Employees Enjoy 50th Anniversary

50th Anniversary Celebrated In Essex, CT.

Palmer, Massachusetts- September 8, 2008- In celebration of Sanderson MacLeod’s 50th anniversary, the company recently hosted an outing at the Essex Steam Train and Riverboat Museum, reported V.P of Administration Linda Mitchell.

“It’s important to realize that our company has been successful due to the great people that work here,” said Jim Pascale on behalf of CEO Eric Sanderson. “The trip was just a small token of thanks and an opportunity to have fun as a group.”

Highlights included views and narrated tours of the Gillette Castle and Goodspeed Opera House. Sanderson MacLeod managers treated employees to “white glove” service including a pre-trip breakfast, catered lunch and various prizes.

Sanderson MacLeod Appoints Maintenance Engineer

Palmer, Massachusetts- September 1, 2008- Sanderson MacLeod recently appointed Wes Lisek to the key role of Maintenance Engineer reported Vice President of Administration Linda Mitchell.

“After a prolonged search, we are proud to announce that Wes Lisek has joined our team,” said Mitchell. “Wes brings with him a host of new ideas, a strong desire to streamline operations and a willingness to help our company grow. When we began looking for someone to fill this important role, our candidate criteria was very defined…Wes matched our needs perfectly.”

Lisek holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Kennedy Western University. His past work experience includes that of Manufacturing Engineer at Newell Rubbermaid of East Longmeadow, MA.  In addition, Lisek is a firefighter in Three Rivers, Massachusetts and is an instructor at the Massachusetts Fire Academy. He lives in Three Rivers with his wife Maggie and five year old son Adam.
