Operation One Benefits
Sanderson Macleod’s OPTIM Bonus Program allows our employees to earn a weekly bonus based on three simple requirements: Arrive to Work On Time, Comply with Company Policies, and Be Flexible to Work Overtime when needed. Employees who meet these criteria in a given one-week review period will receive an extra $1.25/hour added to their base pay for that week. In addition to weekly OPTIM Bonus reviews, employees who meet certain criteria are also eligible to receive an increase in their hourly wage during their annual OPTIM Bonus review.
